Paul Butler will fight Stuart Hall in a WBA bantamweight title eliminator in September 30

Paul Butler has signed a promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing and will face bitter rival Stuart Hall in an eliminator for the WBA World Bantamweight title at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on September 30, live on Sky Sports.

The winner will be in line to challenge for the WBA world title, currently in the hands of Jamie McDonnell who is set for his own rematch with Liborio Solis.

IBF world bantamweight titleholder Stuart Hall saw his reign end Saturday night against unbeaten 25-year-old phenom Paul Butler in Newcastle, England. The final scores were 115-113 (Hall), 115-113 (Butler) and 117-111 (Butler).
